My Story
With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, I've built a diverse professional background. My career began in the FMCG domain, contributing to a Blue-Chip FTSE 250 company. More recently, I've played a key role in a Precision Engineering Firm in Norwich, supporting the American Food industry with crucial machinery solutions. Throughout, I've focused on compliance with industry standards and enhancing HSE performance, successfully leading the transition to ISO 45001. My journey has given me deep insights into large-scale production, supply chain intricacies, technical precision engineering, and the importance of a safe, compliant workplace. I'm passionate about leveraging this experience to drive excellence and innovation in manufacturing.
