• Order and delivery details if you purchase a product from our shop — name, email, delivery address and order contents. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not collect or store your card or bank details.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the health & safety services you request.
• To process and fulfil orders placed through our shop.
• To maintain our own records of client relationships and correspondence.

• Wix.com — we use Wix as our customer relationship management (CRM) system to store enquiry records, and as our payment provider to process shop orders.
• Google Analytics — anonymised website usage statistics (see below).
• Email delivery providers used to send transactional emails (e.g. enquiry confirmations and order updates).

We do not share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, using small amounts of tracking data (such as pages visited and general location). We hold enquiry and client data for as long as you choose to do business with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
